Now: building agents & skills
Day job · IT Analyst at TCS
From Patan, to Bhandu, to Gandhinagar.
I’m Krunal. I build things with AI agents , data and code, and I write down what I learn: how-tos, agent skills, notes on books and research, and opinions on where tech is going. By day I’m an IT Analyst at TCS, where I’ve spent 7+ years: Power Platform and Dynamics 365 first, then GenAI assistants and 500+ data pipelines .

I’m Krunal. I’ve been making software since a diploma in Patan, where I built Kaide, an Android assistant. At college in Bhandu I was one of a team of seven who built Ask To Agri Expert, a multilingual app where farmers ask experts their questions; it took 3rd place at the Smart Gujarat for New India Hackathon in 2018. Since 2019 my day job has been at TCS. At work and outside it, I keep coming back to the same thing: take a tool people have to use and make it work for them. These days that mostly means AI agents.

Built Kaide, an Android personal assistant, as the final-year project. 1st place in Android Apps Development at Robothlon 2015. CGPA 9.09.

Outside work I read and tinker a lot. Lately that means how AI agents reason, how brains do it, and the hardware that makes any of it fast. These are the subjects that keep pulling me back.

I make things because building something is the fastest way I know to understand it. Most of what I know came from projects that had to work for someone. The ones below I build for fun, on my own time.

Most of my work is making data and agents dependable for people who never want to think about them. This is roughly how.
Sources. Start from the systems people already use. Each source gets an owner, a schedule and a known shape before any pipeline touches it.
Every step can run twice without harm. Recovery becomes pressing a button, not a meeting.
Errors stop the line and say why. Fixes go back through the same pipeline as everything else.
If a step needs a paragraph to explain, it is two steps.
The runbook lives next to the pipeline and changes with it.

How-tos, agent skills, book notes and opinions. Written down so I remember, published so you can argue.
How-to
500+ coloured tiles route from noise into lanes and then into a monogram as you scroll. Here is how that works, and how it falls back when there is no GPU.

What each one costs, what breaks, and why this site ships all three.

Say hi, or argue with one of my posts. It opens as an email, so I’ll actually see it.
Make the tool work for the person using it. That’s most of the job.
